The entry level Client Relations Manager is a full-time position assisting the marketing and advertising team with business development initiatives by providing support and coordination of marketing activities. Our Client Relations team delivers precisely targeted solutions that meet each brand’s unique business goals. Regarding our success in the local market, our clients have asked for us to expand and we are seeking qualified applicants to fill our entry level Client Relations Manager role! In this entry-level role, the entry level Client Relations Manager will use their enthusiasm to learn natural enthusiasm to support the on-site marketing team with all duties involved in promoting and executing the company’s overall marketing plan.
Entry Level Client Relations Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conference liaison – coordinates and arranges the registration, marketing materials and provides support, as needed.
- Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly reviews product lines for market needs and financial sales goals.
- Exhibit and provide our customers with specific product knowledge and information building a sense of trust.
- Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to featured client products/services.
- Create an understanding of the marketing systems executed at each appointment.
- Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in marketing and advertising.
- Maintain project management system to observe marketing program requests, promotions, and programs.
- Making sure all collateral falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light.
- Learn how to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
Entry Level Client Relations Manager Requirements:
- College degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or retail-related settings are an asset. Internship experience and past entry-level expertise will as be considered as working experience.
- Confident attitude & enthusiasm to learn
- Exceptional written & verbal presentation skills.
- Outstanding planning and outlining skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
