We're looking for an energetic, self-starter, that is hyper-organized to work in a team-based environment as a Credential Coordinator. Ro Health values those that are looking to enter a career path, have a passion for learning, and are interested in Human Resources and the staffing industry.

The Credential Coordinator (HR) is responsible for managing routine compliance requirements and assisting healthcare providers through the onboarding process. This is an entry-level position that will launch the right candidate into a career in the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry!

Position Details

• Location: Tacoma, WA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Candidates through Ro Health’s Onboarding Process
• Conduct Reference and Background Checks
• Maintain and Update Employee Credentials
• Lead Collection of Required Documents
• Run Various Monthly and Weekly Audits
• Manage New Hire and Termination Paperwork
• Assist with Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and Other Claims
• Coordinate and Manage the Employee Evaluation Process
• Comply with Regulatory Agency Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Compensation

• $20 - $22/hr
• Quarterly Bonuses!
