Responsibilities:

• Interface with client hiring managers to schedule interviews and obtain feedback about candidates.
• Interface with professional candidates to schedule interviews and obtain feedback about the client and the job opportunity.
• The is no sourcing, interviewing, or account management required in this position but you will have the opportunity to work closely with other team members who are responsible for these activities
• Coach and advise candidates and clients on the interview process
• Reporting and presentations
• You will interact with all levels of management and be trained and developed

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and with hiring managers
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
• Under 30-minute commute to work from our Boston office (right near South Station)
