Right On Time Revenue Solutions is a new, fast growing, billing company seeking an entry-level billing specialist. Your daily duties will include maintaining billing software, scrubbing and submitting claims for multiple specialties and disciplines, appealing denied claims, posting payments, and working outstanding accounts receivables (unpaid claims).

To succeed in this role, you must be able to retain the knowledge of multiple billing software programs and insurance policies and billing regulations and guidelines. The ideal candidate must also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as communicating with clients and various insurance agents will form a large part of the job.

Medical Biller Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting billing data and medical claims to insurance companies.
• Ensuring the patient’s medical information is accurate and up to date.
• Following up on open claims and resolving financial discrepancies.
• Examining patient bills for accuracy and requesting any missing information.
• Investigating and appealing denied claims.

Requirements

• Ability to understand billing software and electronic medical records.
• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Must be able to work autonomously and take initiative with tasks
