Quintrix is on the lookout for developers who are open to upskill to the exciting world of Test Automation. Test Automation Development is one of the fastest growing and highly sought after skill in today’s job market. You will design and write programs that run automatic tests on new and existing applications using Java and Selenium. Once selected for the opportunity, you will be put through 10 weeks (25 hrs/Week) of pre-employment online training that will be conducted during evenings and/or weekends. Candidates selected for the training will receive a stipend of $1250 over the duration of training. Once selected, you will be paid a base salary of $57,000/Year.

Prerequisite

· You must be legally authorized to work in the USA and not require any visa sponsorship now or in future

· You must be willing and able to locate anywhere in the US

· Any object-oriented programming language experience like Java, .Net, C++, Python

· Experience with SQL and knowledge of database concepts is a big plus

· Experience with software or application testing is desirable but not mandatory

· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or similar field

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· 3.0 GPA or higher

· Good written and oral communication skills

Training and Interview Process

· Technical interviews by Quintrix

· Orientation and client interview prep week

· First client interview

· 10 weeks of Test Automation Developer training (Online instructor-led)

· Technical training

· Soft skills training

· Final client interview
