This team member is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, identifying potential system failures/issues, complying with safety measures, and minor equipment repairs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Provide preventive maintenance and eliminate repetitive downs
• Provide the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
• Manage truck parts stocks and proactively order parts needed for jobs
• Must follow all safety procedure and safely operate tools, lifts, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• Effectively communicate thoroughly with customers, co-workers and management

SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

1+ yrs. technical experience preferred

• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check as well as physical and drug screening.
• Technicians are required to provide their own tools
• Technicians are encouraged to continue education and maintain industry standards during tenure
• Project a positive and professional image/attitude while interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Travel to various job sites; Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions such as wet and/or humid environments, extreme cold and/or heat, dusty and noisy work environments

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk and use fingers, hands, arms dexterously.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours a week) Monday - Friday

Compensation: Competitive pay; on average starting around $18+/hr., based on skill and experience.
