If so, we have an exciting opportunity as our Environment of Care Manager within our Quality department. The position location is flexible at either the Children's Farm Home campus in Corvallis or our Parry Center for Children campus in Portland, OR.

About you:

• A sense of mission, seeking meaningful work
• 2 years' experience in quality improvement or data analysis
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite and EHR reporting
• Preferred: Masters' Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Counseling

About the opportunity

• This role is responsible for overseeing, administering, and coordinating the activities of the organization in support of policies, quality initiatives, and the agency strategic plan by performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with the Director of Quality Improvement and other department heads
• Oversees quality improvement and compliance efforts in all programs and therapeutic services

Pay: $58,400.00 - $64,300.00 per year
