Tradebe is hiring an Environmental Outsourcing Specialist (TTR Direct Specialist) that will provide disposal options to customers with unique materials not processed through TES.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quoting of disposal opportunities and projects to customers.
- Tracking of opportunities and projects.
- Assisting with obtaining pricing for RFP's.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries of customer materials.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Confirm appointments with customers and 3rd party disposal outlets.
- Coordinate pickups with transportation vendors.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of questions and concerns from vendors and customers.
- Create the documentation for invoicing customers.
- Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years environmental experience.
- Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations.
- Receiving and operations experience is a plus
