Tradebe is hiring an Environmental Outsourcing Specialist (TTR Direct Specialist) that will provide disposal options to customers with unique materials not processed through TES.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quoting of disposal opportunities and projects to customers.
  • Tracking of opportunities and projects.
  • Assisting with obtaining pricing for RFP's.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries of customer materials.
  • Prepare shipping documents.
  • Confirm appointments with customers and 3rd party disposal outlets.
  • Coordinate pickups with transportation vendors.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolution of questions and concerns from vendors and customers.
  • Create the documentation for invoicing customers.
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years environmental experience.
  • Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations.
  • Receiving and operations experience is a plus
