Multiband Global is seeking an ERP System Administrator to provide both system support and analysis for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. This position will be the administrator of the Company’s Viewpoint Vista ERP and Unanet CRM system and provide business analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processes
• Manage all user access to users for both programs and reports based on knowledge of roles, processes, and system
• Coordinates with business and technology teams to manage schedule of deliverables and work products ensuring compliance with requirements and business processes, and workflows
• Produces detailed requirements documentation for new programs, new functionality requests, bugs, and change requests
• Design and execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics.
• Handle department production reports on report logs and user manuals.
• Oversee reports and deliverables complying with administrative invoicing.
• Develop queries and reports to extract data based on company and departmental needs.
• Continual discussions with staff, users, and management to develop requirements and implement new reports or revise current reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology required
• Three (3) years or more of related experience is required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports reporting required.
• Experience with Viewpoint’s Vista ERP software and/ or Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable
