What's in it for you?

Hybrid- Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30 (Reporting to the corporate office twice a week)

Requirements:

IPG is seeking a talented and driven individual to act as an Escrow & Title Administrative Assistant at our corporate headquarters in Irvine. The position reports directly to the Home Sales Director and responsibilities include escrow, titling, licensing insurance, and many other administrative support functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Prepare mobile home sales paperwork and title documents, and coordinate with lender required paperwork
  • Resolve title discrepancies and track title transfers on all home sales
  • Assist traditional escrow and title officers with closings
  • Ensure licensing, bonds, and insurance is renewed annually for all locations
  • Apply for a supplemental license when a new location is acquired
  • Prepare Home Sales Department forms such as the power of attorney, title transfer forms, etc.
  • Keep California HCD license, paperwork, and salesperson licenses up to date

BONUS SKILLS

  • Preferably 2-5 years’ experience directly handling escrow transactions in an Escrow Officer or Assistant capacity for an established real estate company.
  • Accounts payable and receivable experience
  • RealEstate background (Manufactured Home Industry PLUS)
  • Understanding of the documentation associated with the Escrow and Title process is preferred.
  • DocuSign experience
  • California Notary (Required)
  • Well organized with high attention to detail with the ability to properly prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude in MS Office products with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
