We are seeking an Esthetics Instructor (Learning Leader) who possesses a wide range of skin care skills and experience, including real-world spa experience, and who is passionate about sharing knowledge with others. Candidate must have a positive attitude, be motivated and energetic, and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Having proven success in spa business skills, including guest consultations, up-selling, rebooking, and retailing is also a requirement. Hiring immediately. COVID vaccination very strongly encouraged.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lesson-planning and teaching of classes on a variety of skincare practical techniques as well as theory, advanced topics, and professional development.
• Actively coaching and assisting students (future professionals) with clinic floor services to include technical assistance as well as coaching on salon success skills such as guest consultations, re-booking, and retailing.
• Modeling the Paul Mitchell/Esani culture and positive professional habits for students.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a valid Georgia Esthetician License as well as a valid Georgia Esthetics Instructor License
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Two (2) or more years of diverse Skin Care experience, including advanced techniques
• Proven successful spa business experience with strong results in building clientele, up-selling, rebooking, and retailing would be a major plus
• Having a passion for educating, learning, and helping others is an absolute must

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
