Fore Property Company is a full service, national real estate company that develops, builds and manages residential multifamily housing. We are currently seeking an Estimating Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.

The Estimating/ Preconstruction Manager will support the Construction and Development Team with managing multiple phases of the conceptual estimating, bidding, and budget process. The Estimating Manager will participate in all aspects of takeoffs, developing scopes of work, plan review, analyzing proposals, value management/VE, and collaborating with the Construction, Development Teams and the Architect and Engineering design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Quantity takeoffs of multiple disciplines using OnScreen and other software.
• Develop Scopes of Work for all Divisions
• Provide bid leveling / scope reviews of subcontractor’s proposals.
• Provide estimate review with historical comparisons of past projects.
• Work with regional construction teams to develop budgets from SD to GMP. Conceptual estimating abilities a plus
• Provide plan reviews at various stages of plan design and ascertain impacts to cost.
• Assist with estimating projects across multiple regions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience estimating multifamily and/or similar construction group/use type buildings required.
• Experience focused in multifamily construction strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills a must
• Flexible and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of the regions Trade Partner base a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management or equivalent in experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and Procure.
