Location: Walled Lake, MI
This is a part time evening position. Schedule will be 6 days a week 4-5 hours a night. Monday and Thursday will be after 9pm. Tuesdays, Wednesday, Friday after 6pm. Saturday after 4pm.
Hourly pay rate: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:
-Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
-Using various cleaning chemicals
-Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
-Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
-Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
-Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
-Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
Protect yourself and others by wearing your mask at all times during all work hours
-Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
-Able to work with minimal supervision
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Cleaning duties are, but not limited to:
-Basic commercial cleaning
-Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
-Detailing
-Dusting and wet wiping
-Trash removal
-Bathroom cleaning
-Supply stocking

Basic Qualifications:
-High School and/or GED is encouraged
-Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
-Must have reliable transportation to the job site
