The Lambertville Station Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality, is an upscale venue seeking team-oriented Event/Conference Servers. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Service guests with quality service and maintain the high standards set forth by Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn
• Setting, serving and clearing tables during event and conference functions while providing efficient and attentive guest service.

Requirements:

• Experience is a plus, but it is not required.
• High degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi task.
• Able to work independently as well as work as part of a team.
• Candidate must be dependable and reliable.
• Outstanding people skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, guests and management.
• To report for shift punctually and in proper dress code.
• To attend training and meetings as and when required.
