Are you interested in a job as a Events Attendant at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort and Spa? Then we want to meet you . . . now! Our Events Attendant must deliver exceptional service and exercise positive, warm hospitality to our guests at all times.

Responsibilities of the Events Attendant:

• Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand
• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
• Maintain high service standards
• Ability to handle cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures
• Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
• Assists with busing tables when necessary
• Must strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc.
• Exercise positive, warm hospitality
• Maintain knowledge of food items

Requirements of the Banquet Server:

• Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills
