Job description
- The Events Associate will be responsible for supporting the Events Team with administrative work.
- This person will support the events team with expenses reports, budget tracking, COUPA, POs, and contracts.
- They will support the event content team with the post event client wine gifting program.
- Execution Process team expense reports Submit contracts for approval and processing Tracks event POs and processes payment and reconciliation in COUPA Event speaker wine gifting execution
- Escalate risks and issues as appropriate
- Support vendor and project costs for budget analysis Works within established practices
- Shares information, status, needs and issues with others to inform and support decision making
- Works with limited supervision, Serves as a support team member for small projects/programs within events team Skills Skills (i.e. excellent communication, attention to detail) that are required to be successful in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well organized, detail oriented with an ability to multi-task Independent Worker/self-starter
