Our client, an alternative investment firm located in Midtown, NY, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support their CEO! Responsibilities of this position include managing a calendar for the CEO, arranging internal and client meetings, managing incoming phone calls, and assisting on various ad-hoc administrative and minor accounting needs. The ideal candidate will come with at least ten years' experience supporting an executive-level finance professional, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle a fluctuating work schedule. Responsibilities Include: Booking client and internal meetings, organizing meeting materials, taking notes Coordinating and managing travel arrangements including schedules and agendas Organizing calendars, updating file databases, and assisting on any projects as needed Requirements: At least ten years' experience supporting a C-Level executive, preferably for a large Financial services firm Ability to manage and update multiple schedules Strong capabilities in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
