Connections Health Solutions is a physician-owned, multifaceted behavioral health company whose mission is to address any behavioral health need at any time. We are hiring an Executive Business Partner who will report directly to the CGO. The Executive Business Partner provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CGO and the Growth and Development team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Business Partner will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

  • Provides end to end administrative support for executive leadership including, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing budget and expense reports, and preparing presentations. Serves as primary point of contact for between leaders and internal/external colleagues.
  • Acts as strategic partner to executive leaders by ensuring leaders are aware of all matters requiring their attention, maintaining confidentiality, and anticipating administrative needs. Responds to situations and requests with thoughtful, timely, and accurate information on behalf of leadership.
  • Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters and emails, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CGO's ability to effectively lead the department.
  • Assists and supports the CGO in preparing for meetings, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary.
  • Develops written materials to support the initiatives of the Executive leaders. Researches, compiles, organizes, and analyzes information and data for special projects. Creates presentations, reports and other documents as requested.
  • Responsible for catering and event planning and management for internal meetings, company events and team off-site meetings for the Growth and Development team.
  • Coordinates with third party vendors and stakeholders for the flawless execution of multiple projects, tasks, and presentations.
  • Collaborates with the broader Growth and Development team and assists other team members where necessary in: coordinating travel, internal/external events and meeting management.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 years of experience as executive level administrative assistant
  • MS Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in the field of healthcare

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,500.00 per year
