Job description
The Executive Assistant is a strategic business partner directly supporting three executives by performing a wide range of administrative duties including calendar management, preparing presentations, communications and documentation that supports a wide variety of initiatives and programs. Additionally, you will coordinate domestics and international travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, logistics and process expenses. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with building and property management and all office needs for this high-profile office.

Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting basic PC issues including Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams but escalating to IT help desk when needed
- Invoice management and ensuring invoices are collected and paid in a timely manner
- Oversee planning and execution of executive and corporate-level events in Dallas office or off-site including scheduling and reservations, catering conference room set up, etc.
- Work collaboratively with teams to coordinate events and meetings and track progress
- Assist with special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least five (5) years of administrative support experience with at least three (3) years of Executive support in a corporate office
Skills and Abilities
- Must possess some IT knowledge, including but not limited to computer and printer troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism with strong oral and written communication skills
