Longbridge Financial (LBF) is looking for an Executive Assistant who will report into our CEO. This vital role will also be available to help support our company’s senior-level managers.
The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and some E & T arrangements. To be successful in this role, you must be well-organized, have great time management skills, be able to act without guidance, be professional, have excellent oral and written communication skills and trusted with sensitive, confidential information.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of LBF by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO and other executive members. Ideally, this role will be a hybrid role 2-3 days in our NJ Headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, including making, changing appointments, setting up meetings and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Representing CEO and LBF in the most professional manner when communicating with internal and external clients, customers, and colleagues
- Review and assist with preparation of internal and external communications, memos, presentations, emails, and reports
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Draft, review, and send communications
- Support completion of select projects, including following up on progress and timelines with internal and external constituencies, helping to ensure progress is on schedule
- Make travel arrangements and file expense reports as needed
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent MS and Apple Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time-management skills, the ability to multitask with strong interpersonal skills
