The BMH and psych departments need a business-centered Program Director to evaluate, assess, analyze and provide the roadmap to strengthen and enhance the behavioral and mental health service lines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operations/administration of all ambulatory and hospital Behavioral and Mental Health departments
- Initiate, institute, and evaluate departmental goals in collaboration with the COO and other leadership team members
- Direct the hospital's data reporting procedures for performance management requirements and fulfill regulatory and accrediting bodies' obligations
- Delegate responsibilities to clinical leadership to support and carryout divisional plans and programs that meet quality metrics
- Manage an operational and fiscal budget to ensure a cost-effective service line while maintaining high-quality care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Science of Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in behavioral/mental health administration
- 4+ years experience in BMH management, population health, or related field preferred
