Executive Director for the Eric Snow Family YMCA
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $64,000
Benefits:
Competitive benefit package including 85% paid medical, dental and vision. Position Description:
Great opportunity to lead a large full facility YMCA branch that is part of nationally recognized community collaboration. Position requires teamwork, creativity, strong work ethic, fundraising, board development, supervision, facility management, and strong focus on YMCA mission. Branch membership of 2,600+, operating budget of $500,000, and approximately 25 staff members.
Qualifications Required:
- Values consistent with the YMCA
- Management experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Seven years community/social service experience
Qualifications Preferred:
- Budget responsibility of $500,000
- Proven fundraising skills
- YMCA multi-team leader certification, organizational leader preferred
- Four year degree
