Executive Project Manager with a
Secret Clearance to support
EHS and our government customer in
Stennis Space Center, MS.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Monitors project cost, schedule, performance, milestones, and key events for multiple DTRA projects.
- Responsible for the justification, development, execution, and sustainment of DTRA Counter-WMD capabilities
- Serves as acquisition advisor to maintain oversight and coordinate efforts of assigned projects while identifying and recommending actions to ensure each project meets or exceeds cost, schedule and performance parameters and identified goals
- Develops Alternatives of Analysis (AOA's) and conducts novel market research to support emerging solutions and Course of Action (COA) generation
- Prepares executive level General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) briefing presentations in support of informational and decisional authority boards
- Submits weekly/monthly summary of deliverables in support of contract performance requirements
- Leverages urgent and rapid policy guidance in support of customer decision making
- Identifies Risk and implements risk mitigation strategies to projects
- Manages task order contract deliverables and uploads to appropriate databases and repositories
- Performs other duties as required
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Secret Clearance
- 10+ years' experience in relevant areas
- Demonstrated experience in program/project management
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical phenomenology, reports, legal documents, etc.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations to company management and/or customer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification and will have demonstrated experience dealing with running a project/program of similar size.
Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
