Essential Job Functions:

The Executive Project Manager works closely with the General Manager, DMG MORI Additive Solutions (DMAS) in order to support the development of the overall direct sales and service business of the company.   • Close interaction with the DMAS Management Team, DMAS Engineering, Sales and Service Teams, as well as global factories
  • Supporting the development of the overall direct sales & service business model
  • Coordinating complex customer projects including milestone plans, resource planning and customer communication for Capital Equipment purchases from PO to successful Machine Ramp Up
  • Preparation of data and presentations for internal and external meetings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Teams environment
  • Conducting follow up and distribution of materials for internal and external meetings
  • Understanding the sales process, P&L Statements, and managing costs
  • Developing and implementation of strategic projects in engineering, sales, and organizational development
  • Planning, organizing, and participating at customer visits
  • Other duties as described

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required, business, marketing or related field preferred
  • Industry knowledge or recent experience in machine tool environments preferred, not mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in MS Teams, MS Projects preferred not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills to include effective communication with varying levels of external customers, external suppliers and internal technical staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Executive Summaries, Flow Charts, Gantt Charts
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proven flexibility with shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail to meet goals and set priorities
  • Proficient verbal and written language skills in 2 nd language (e.g. German or Japanese) beneficial, English proficiency mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
