We are looking for an experienced, professional and reliable Executive Sales Assistant to support our busy service department. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an administrative role, is detail-oriented and looking for a career growth opportunity. We are seeking a candidate who can work independently, as well as as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls and schedules.
- Create, review and maintain documents.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
- Setup jobs from approved quotations.
- Communicate with purchasing on parts that need to be ordered.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
