Lakeside Financial Group is currently seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to support an advisor in its Grayslake, IL office. The ideal candidate will be an engaging and resourceful problem-solver who efficiently self-directs with minimal supervision and can multi-task among a diverse range of responsibilities and projects. The ability to understand and absorb new information quickly, as well as the ability to adapt tasks to new concepts will serve the successful candidate well.

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and is located in the office.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:


Excellent Client Communication

  • Build a genuine and positive rapport with existing clients and prospects
  • Assist with ongoing service issues (policy renewals, premium pays, policy changes, etc.)
  • Schedule annual client review appointments and service meetings with existing clients

"Pre Sale" Responsibilities

  • Case preparation, including illustration support
  • Scheduling client appointments and other client communications

Managing "Post Sale" Responsibilities

  • Enter and submit client applications
  • Engage with various people during the review process
  • Proactive case tracking
  • Execute resourcefulness and problem solving skills to achieve desired results
  • Use CRM to record all aspects of client and other related tasks
  • Manage compliance review requirements

Additional Opportunities

  • Handle incoming requests from Advisors, Home Office, team members or WestPoint staff
  • Mail review and distribution
  • Prepare materials for client presentations, meetings, and other marketing opportunities or events
  • Social media marketing
  • Other special projects as assigned

Experience:

  • Administrative (1+ years, required)
  • Industry Experience (1+ years, preferred)
  • High Proficiency with CRM
  • Medium Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with DocuSign, a plus
