What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and prioritize daily work to ensure timely plan fee and Financial Professional compensation coding changes.
• Prepare materials and implement coding accurately and timely to complete client objectives and negotiate solutions to meet both customers' and RIS goals.
• Research unusual or complex situations for team members, business partners, and leaders and provide feedback to maintain quality service and to resolve advanced inquiries.
• Evaluate projects for necessary workflow training and coordinate with team members, serving as a mentor and subject matter expert.
• Maintain a working knowledge of plans, contracts, documents, and recordkeeping and accounting systems.
• Perform other job-related duties and related projects as required.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma with 4+ years of related experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Pension systems with an emphasis on Express/IBPM/Salesforce.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and research skills.
• Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment.
• Solid understanding of Pension products preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to challenge decisions, as necessary.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
