Here are a few examples of the things you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and prioritize daily work to ensure timely plan fee and Financial Professional compensation coding changes.
- Prepare materials and implement coding accurately and timely to complete client objectives and negotiate solutions to meet both customers' and RIS goals.
- Research unusual or complex situations for team members, business partners, and leaders and provide feedback to maintain quality service and to resolve advanced inquiries.
- Evaluate projects for necessary workflow training and coordinate with team members, serving as a mentor and subject matter expert.
- Maintain a working knowledge of plans, contracts, documents, and recordkeeping and accounting systems.
- Perform other job-related duties and related projects as required.
- High school diploma with 4+ years of related experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Pension systems with an emphasis on Express/IBPM/Salesforce.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, interpretation, negotiation, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment.
- Solid understanding of Pension products preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to challenge decisions, as necessary.
