Job description
Experienced Bilingual Immigration Court Paralegal (Spanish/English)
Seeking an Experienced Immigration Paralegal with at least three years of experience (Spanish and English). Will manage a large caseload of cases filed with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Cases include Adjustment of Status, Complex Naturalization Cases, U Visas, VAWA, T Visas, Stays of Removal before US Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Military Parole in Place and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Must be able to manage their caseload and prioritize deadlines. Must have excellent writing skills and assist attorney in preparing forms and completed packets to file with respective agencies.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

The office has installed plexiglass and provides masks, gloves and cleaning supplies. Must work in office on a staggered schedule and at times may work remotely.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
