Annika Inez is a small but dynamic Jewelry design brand based in Brooklyn, NY. We are fun, social, innovative and our goal is to bring sustainability to the jewelry industry. We use sustainable methods to source, produce, and package, and work with individual jewelers and artisans located in New York, who make each piece by hand, and an overseas factory made up of a small workforce of artisans and designers. The Annika Inez brand is the culmination of our designer’s experiences and its aim is to make us feel good about ourselves within our personal environments.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Bench Jeweler with 2-5 years experience who will be responsible for creating and finishing all aspects of the jewelry making process. We are looking for motivated and skilled jewelers who are capable of all bench work from fabrication to finishing castings.

We are looking for someone to part-time as needed when we are developing new collections or doing small local production runs.

• 1+ years bench jeweler experience working with high end jewelry

• Be knowledgeable about the different types of stones and metals.

• Experience working with diverse materials – sterling, gold, semi precious stones.

• Ability to fabricate jewelry and/or jewelry components from concept to finished product

• Excellent organizational skills

• Professional work ethic, communication skills and confidentiality

• Highly motivated

• Adhere to environmental, health and safety guidelines.

• Have a strong attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with managers.

Job Type: Part-time / Contract

Schedule: Flexible days and hours, but preferably M-F (between 8am-6p)
