Job Summary

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients who are homebound and have a need for rehabilitative and nursing care, including medication and symptom management, wound care, and collaborating in the care provided by nurses, therapists, social workers, and CNAs. Previous Home Health experience is strongly preferred, including knowledge of the OASIS start of care. In addition to a generous compensation structure, Comfort Home Health & Hospice pays a mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

Must have a current Nevada RN license, a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Some home health experience is preferred.
