• Leave the job site and drive back to the shop by 5:00 pm to be home every evening

Outdoor Construction specializes in residential exterior remodeling – including decks, roofing, siding, trim, and window & door replacement. We are looking for a full-time, reliable Exterior Remodeler to join our crew as a Construction Worker/Driver. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a fun-loving, close-knit team who is eager to have a valuable career in the construction industry. Entry-level and skilled candidates will be considered.

Our Ideal Construction Worker / Driver:

• Experience: Construction experience is preferred but not required; willing to train entry-level candidates.
• Reliable & Punctual: We leave the shop at 6 am. As the driver, you must be on time so that we are on time to the job site.
• Motivated: We're willing to teach you if you have an aptitude for construction and want to learn the trade. But we're also very open to considering those skilled in construction.
• Team Player: We all work together and support each other in performing the quality work our customers have come to expect.
• Humble: We all make mistakes—even the owners! The important part is that we admit them and learn from them.
• Positive: Your experience is not as important as your attitude. We are looking for someone who is friendly and a good team player.
• Friendly & Sense of Humor: Our crew enjoys being together – we joke and have fun.
• Active: This position requires climbing a ladder, kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Clean Driving Record: Must have a valid PA License and reasonably clean driving record for the past five years. Must be able to pass a drug test.
