Job description

We are looking for a well-rounded individual with great project management skills and knowledge of Metal working, welding, instrumentation and fabrication and Computer literacy. Experience in CAD, NDT, hydraulics, electrical, all a plus. Leadership ability, keen observation, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and goal orientation are all important ingredients of this position's job performance. Candidates must be capable of taking an initial conceptual design and working through to completion of final product design and the implementation of manufacturing processes.

Must be able to work independently and in small groups to accomplish goals.

Work is to be performed primarily in office/factory setting.

Skills

· Technical aptitude with principals of metal working technology

· Leadership ability, organized planning skills, accuracy and attention to detail

· Physical: Must be able to lift 25 Lbs repeatedly.

Experience

· Equivalent of a Bachelors of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university.

· A minimum of one (1) year experience in industrial plant setting (2-5 years work experience in the welding, fabricating or project management)
