The Maintenance Technician that we choose must be compassionate, friendly, fast learner and a go get it done attitude

We are looking for a committed individual with previous experience in a senior living setting, including, but not limited to:

• The ability to follow direction from supervisor
• Must be a self starter
• The Ability to be a team player
• The ability to think outside the box
• The ability to manage assigned tasks
• The ability to meet the physical and emotional needs of the resident and company, the ability to lift heavy furniture
• Possesses a Driver License and Full coverage Insurance
• Must have knowledge of the following but not limited to; dry wall repairs, painting, filter changes, Life Safety Codes for HHS/Collin County. Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial generators.
• Must have reliable transportation
