Canon Business Process has a full-time/permanent opportunity for a Facility Coordinator (Entry Level to Junior Level) supporting a growing pharmaceutical company in Princeton, NJ

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5PM)

*Must be vaccinated prior to hire*

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinates all facilities for particular buildings and departments to ensure that the office is up and running smoothly for business. Provides administrative support. Resolves facilities issues for all building systems and equipment by determining and coordinating the best solution.

  • Perform conference set-ups including audio-visual equipment
  • Willing to learn how to resolve facilities issues for all building systems and equipment by determining the best solution
  • Assist the facilities team with all onsite events (some overtime might be required)
  • Coordinate with vendors to provide preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, fire systems, and generators
  • Provides exceptional customer service. Enjoys working and communicating with people.
  • Perform office or station moves within the building
  • Daily kitchen set-ups, inventory on supplies, and maintain periodic service on coffee machines.
  • Assist the facilities team with all onsite events (some overtime might be required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or comparable work experience
  • Entry-level experience
  • Computer skills-Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow up skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
