RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Engage in tasks that support the proper functioning of a family’s personal life, including children’s schedules, travel, activities, among other categories

• 
  Coordinate Travel Itinerary and Transportation Plans
• 
  Engage in the completion of school, camp, healthcare, special programming forms
• 
  Research and execute special projects as requested by the homeowners.
• 
  Package Returns, Monitor Packages & Receive Deliveries
• 
  Run errands for the family and Chief Brand Officer
• 
  Manage Sales of Items (via Offer up, Let Go, Poshmark, etc.)
• 
  Fill out applications and paperwork
• 
  Meal preparation for the kids and evening, organize groceries and purchase needed items.
• 
  Create and maintain an engaging relationship with the children.

• 
  Light housekeeping and organization of the household

Qualifications Required:

• 
  Minimum 3 years experience working full-time as a Family Assistant with similar responsibilities.

• 
  Experience working in a private household (preferred)
• 
  Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• 
  Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 
  Ability to anticipate the needs of children.
• 
  Bilingual ( English/Spanish)
• 
  Problem-solving skills and decision making
• 
  Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, Iphone Applications)
• 
  Excellent communication skills
• 
  Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely manner
• 
  Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
• 
  Professional discretion

• 
  Comfortable driving the kids to activities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 
  Monday : 11 am - 7 pm

• 
  Tuesday : 1 pm- 9 pm
• 
  Wednesday : 11 am - 7 pm / 3 pm- 11 pm
• 
  Thursday : 1 pm- 9 pm

• 
  Friday : 8 am - 4 pm

Education:

• 
  Bachelor's (Preferred)

• 
  Family assistant experience: 1 year (Required)

• 
  License/Certification:

• 
  Driver's License (Required)
