Entry Level Therapist for Westmoreland County.

· The desired candidate must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, education, criminal justice, or similar human service field and has completed 1 year of direct therapeutic experience with children and/or adolescents.

· Family Based is a team delivered service that provides intense treatment with the goal of assisting the family break negative patterns.

· Through an 8 month program, the treatment team will complete numerous assessments and complete an individualized treatment plan with the family.

· The treatment team will conduct individual and family therapy along with collaborating with other family members, past and current providers, and the client’s school.

· Treatment is systemic and utilizes all areas of the client’s life.

· Training and supervision is provided for each therapist and additional resources and support are available as needed. Our training program leads to a state certificate and the opportunity for advancement!

Full-time salaried position with benefits including paid time off!

All Applicants must provide: Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances prior to official hire date, sealed transcripts as proof of degree. Employee must be able to gain access to client's place of treatment whether it is the client's home, school or community. Employee must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
