MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

This is a NON-CDL position - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

You will be employed and compensated by Ryan Jarrett Inc, a contractor with FedEx Ground. Employees wear FedEx Ground branded uniforms and drive FedEx Ground branded trucks owned and operated by Ryan Jarrett Inc and are not directly employed by FedEx Ground.

New drivers should expect a 5 day schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday. Start time is roughly between 830 to 930AM depending on when trucks are loaded. End time will vary but routes are designed for 8 to 9 hours of work most days. All drivers work a 6 day work week from the weekend before Thanksgiving until Christmas day (PEAK SEASON).

Clean Driving Record

Clean Criminal Record

Pass DOT Physical and Drug Test

21 years old

COMPENSATION

Starting base pay is $130 per day ($650 per 5 day week / $780 if you volunteer for 6th day)

$50 attendance bonus per week (all or nothing)

$10 extra for Saturdays

$20 extra for Sundays

7 days vacation after 1 year, 12 days vacation after 3 years
