Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum cable service looking for Field Collections Representatives for Manhattan, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Queens, NY, and the surrounding areas.
About this Job:
Makotek receives work orders on delinquent accounts from Spectrum cable. Our Field Collections Representatives are responsible for commuting to the customer’s home and collecting past-due payments or equipment (such as routers or cable boxes) for those who have cancelled their services or have had their services disconnected.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Commute to customer’s residence to collect past-due payments or equipment.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary.
- Communicate with the General Manager at all times.
- Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Bilingual is preferred but not required.
General Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must have insurance for your vehicle.
- Must have an active Driver’s License.
Compensation:
- Weekly Paychecks.
- Production-based pay-scale:
- Expected earnings are $20 - $30 per hour when working full-time.
- Mileage compensation provided.
- Currently offering a $1,000 hiring bonus.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- No work experience is necessary.

Job Hours:
- Full-Time = 40 hour work weeks
- Example of our Full Time Schedule:
- Monday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Tuesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Wednesday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Thursday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM
