ALBION SC Field Operations

Position Title: ALBION SC Field Operations Manager

Reports to:

Executive Director, Operations Director, Director of Coaching

Salary: $75-100 per hour

Position Status:

Part-Time (Hourly)

Position Purpose:

To organize and administer set up of goals and field operations before, during and after training and games. Additionally, be available for the club as we operate and store all field equipment at facility and at storage.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The ALBION SC Field Operations Manager is the primary individual responsible for the organization and management of all Field operations at the fields during soccer activities including goals, nets, lights, flags, field lining and storage shed.

• Generally, oversee, manage, and supervise the ALBION SC Training and game fields relating to set up and the professionalism of our training and game day environment.

• Oversee and manage goals, being set up properly and put away properly and all systems associated with managing this.

• Oversee and manage nets being set up properly and put away properly and all systems associated with managing this.

• Oversee and manage the field being set up properly on game day and all systems associated with managing this.

• Oversee and manage storage shed.

• Oversee and manage staff who are part of helping with Field Operations

• Oversee and manage field lining, banner set up, and anything related to fields and having them ready for training or games.

Strategy and Administration

• In conjunction with the Executive Director, set realistic targets and goals to achieve each year.

• Organize and implement time to review all equipment and keep inventory.

• Oversee and manage proper communications to staff on all areas of improvement or needs to best execute on the field.

• Provide updates and feedback as needed to Director of Soccer and Executive Director.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Goals are set up and managed daily and weekly.

• Lights put out safely and operated to full capacity and put away each night we need to utilize.

• Upkeep of all equipment and help us manage and preserve.

Reviews

Performance appraisals against the identified job responsibilities will be carried out by ALBION SC at agreed intervals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
