Field Sales Specialist
The Field Sales Specialist supports the growth of the active Consultant base, increasing productivity, driving engagement, and developing sales leaders through targeted outbound calls.
Field Sales Specialists uses the compensation plan, incentives, recognition, and promotions, along with personalized coaching to encourage individuals to engage in the Consultant journey and drive sustainable Consultant success.
Contributes to the overall attainment of sales, parties and sponsoring. Support the department by providing motivation, information, and education to the field through specific proactive outreach and programs designed to engage individuals in the Consultant journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls using provided lists, target specific campaigns, and work independently to seek out Consultants best suited for each campaign
- Follows-up on assigned calls. Takes messages when appropriate and offers solutions to non-routine inquiries, often requiring some research.
- Acts as a problem-solver for Consultants with regard to various issues or concerns.
- Provides individual career counseling for consultants to assist in achievement of their goals.
- Assists with the sales, party booking and sponsoring process for Consultants.
- Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data of various types into proper format, including creation of spreadsheets, Keynote/PowerPoint presentations, etc. for analysis by management.
- Works closely with the department on deadlines and maintenance of records.
- Coordinates and conducts conference calls, webinars, and Zoom meetings to foster engagements and interaction.

- Strong presentation skills with experience in both creating and delivering. Oral and written skills are essential.
- Demonstrated skills of diplomacy, listening and ability to build rapport and trust with Consultants, leaders, and across all departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
- High level of proficiency conducting connections via Zoom, Webinars, and Facebook live.
- Requires detailed knowledge and a good understanding of overall Company business and objectives.
- A high level of passion, enthusiasm, and appreciation for the field.
- Must have the ability to take initiative to multi-task, make multiple outbound calls, and be flexible in order to meet the needs of the sales force.
- Requires a strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or a related field highly preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Have the presence and credibility to engage in business level discussions with independent field leaders.
- Experience in Direct Sales, Party Plan and/or Network Marketing is strongly preferred.
