ProSys Fill, LLC is a premier manufacturer of high performance filling machinery for filling cartridges, squeeze tubes and other containers for the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, Adhesive, Sealant and Grease Industries. We are looking for full time Field Service Technicians in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; Charlotte, NC; Cincinnati, OH with extensive travel within the US and some International travel.
Responsibilities:

• Travel to customers’ site to work with customers and ProSys equipment.
• The job requires up to 100% of the time traveling, primarily in the U.S. with some international travel required as needed.
• Conduct installation and startup of ProSys equipment.
• Provide training to customers’ personnel on operation and maintenance of ProSys equipment.
• Perform maintenance, install upgrades and new tooling, tune existing ProSys equipment at customers’ site.
• Provide reports and feedback on the equipment to ProSys engineering and other departments on equipment performance and quality.
• Provide over the phone technical assistance for customers, as needed, when working at ProSys facility.
• Perform final runoff, testing, and assembly of equipment at ProSys facility.

Required skills:

• Excellent customer relation skills required with the ability to courteously and effectively deal with customers.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills required.
• Basic knowledge and experience with PC computers.
• Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with PLC & servo controlled equipment preferred.
• Previous experience with field service and extensive travel preferred.
• Persons with some of these skills would be considered. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:
$30-$40 per hour commensurate with experience. Opportunities for overtime.
