It’s us, the original oatmilk company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago and has since expanded to the U.S. where we’ve continued growing at a rate such that we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oatmilk flowing.

We are looking for a Field Team Rep to join our team. This role will be responsible for the execution of the Oatly frozen portfolio at the commercial street level.
Qualified candidates residing in Los Angeles, Orange Country, or San Diego, CA preferred.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do:
- Focus against sales distribution goals, grow Oatly frozen space in small format and retail outlets, and increase points of interruption
- Verify and ensure completion of the executional elements agreed to in the Oatly commercial plan - this would consist of distribution void closures, event activation, and sampling
- Execute the commercial strategy of Oatly’s point of sale and marketing - this would be done in-store and outside of store, pole signs, wobblers, window graphics etc.
- Support local DSD partners to gain new distribution and execute at the regional and independent store level
- Communicate action item progress that has been assigned to your team lead or VP, Field Activation through daily task tracking on tablets
- Build, Strengthen, and grow Oatly frozen portfolio in your market

- Must own a car
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be 21 yrs of age or older
- At least 2 yrs of relevant experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. when required
- May be required to travel when necessary
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have great professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Self-Starter, proactive, and creative thinking
- Management and placement point of sale inside and outside of events and retail accounts
- Punctual and adhere to shift schedule
- Maintain the Oatly brand appearance and wear proper attire
- Take care of FTR materials and assets of Oatly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses
