The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, executing pricing decisions, and providing insights that will drive business decisions. The Analyst will work closely with various departments within the company to develop budgets, forecasts, pricing scenarios, and financial models to support the company's strategic initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

· Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

· Work closely with various departments to gather and analyze data to ensure accuracy of financial reports.

· Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

· Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs to track the company's financial performance and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

· Review pricing recommendations, gather data and update internal systems

· Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

· Provide analytical support to corporate and regional teams as required for supplier reviews, quarterly business reviews, and on-going business performance.

· Support the analysis of pricing and promotional activities to drive effective use of trade spend

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial data and insights to management and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools.

Experience in the alcohol industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of the alcohol industry and regulations surrounding it.

Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.

Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Strong knowledge of market trends and the ability to adapt to changes in the industry.

Compliance with company rules and procedures, following all OSHA safety regulations, and all federal, state, and local law and regulations.

Adhering to ethical business practices.

Strong commitment to customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
