Job description
Responsibilities include: Oversight of all company financial activities, revenue collections, billings, cash flow forecasting, monthly financial statements. Supervise AP, AR, Payroll. Maintain cash controls, reconcile general ledgers, bank statements. Generate financial statements, budget, analyze results, manage annual audits, job cost analysis, subcontractor qualifications, work with bonding agent, perform journal entries and summaries. Verify charges and ensure security of company credit cards. Comply with all local, state and federal reporting and tax filing requirements.
Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. A minimum of 10 years experience in accounting and in the construction industry.
Candidate Preferences: Familiarity with Foundation Construction Accounting Software System and SQL a plus
