JOB SUMMARY:
Insure the continuity of Support Services by providing full time coverage for support positions throughout the hospital when needed. Provide continuity of care to patients and staff by covering for reception staff, insurance billers, and data entry when absent. Job assignments and work hours will change on an on-going basis. Makes balance reminder calls to patients. Participates in performance improvement activities. Committed to excellence through the continuous improvement of the quality of services delivered. Strives to continuously improve patient and employee satisfaction.
Regulatory Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in hospital setting preferred
Language Skills:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Excellent customer services skills.
