Job description:
We have an immediate opening to hire an exceptional Finishing Specialist Technician specializing in sanding/painting/staining of wood materials to work in our Orlando warehouse. Our training program will help you develop paint and stain skills to be meticulous, detail oriented and able to produce a high quality finished stair case in high end residential homes.
This role is an accelerated, entry level positon designed to prepare you to create your own company to work for us with earing potential in excess of $100k. We are seeking the right candidate who thrives in a fast-pace learning environment and is interested in taking their career to the next level!
Qualifications:
- Experience staining and painting a plus
- Experience in working in a warehouse a plus
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must have a positive attitude and great work ethic
- Independent multitasker with a team player attitude
- Must be quality driven and have attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, lift, and crouch as required to perform key duties.
- Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with manager and fellow employees.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor if equipment needs to be repaired.
- Shifts may vary according to project demands but not to exceed 50 hours.
- Maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities of the warehouse, the operation of stationary equipment, and the movement of mobile equipment.
