POSITION:

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will oversee all Studio operations from sales to servicing existing Members and will work in a collaborative fashion with the owners, instructors, and other team members to drive exceptional studio performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2+ years of retail/service/fitness sales and providing exceptional service to customers

· Confident in generating personal sales against warm leads and training Member Services/Sales Reps to follow a sales process

· Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams

· Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text

· Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings (starting 8:30am), days, and some evenings and weekends in order to maintain relationships with staff and members who work/attend throughout the daily studio schedule

· Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment

· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

· An affinity and passion for fitness, wellness, and doing good things for people

· Solid writing and grammar skills

· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

· Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

· Proficiency with computers and studio software

DUTIES

· The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) will oversee all Studio operations from sales to servicing existing Members and will work in a collaborative fashion with the owners, instructors, and other team members to drive exceptional studio performance

· Maintain studio membership levels by providing a friendly face and excellent service to existing members in-person, on the phone, via email and via text

· Execute on sales processes, promptly following up to answer questions and onboard new members

· Lead generation at Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Events

· Execute on retention processes, promptly following up with members who have questions or issues

· Manage member services team coverage

· Directly coordinate with owners, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

· Train and onboard new Member Services Associates

· Proficiency in ClubReady Studio Management Software

· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

· Collect outstanding/past due balances

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio

· Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures

· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

· Collaborate with owners to plan and execute studio member events, studio promotions, team building and community/networking outreach

· Any other duties as assigned
