Flagger/Construction
Summary: Entry level: UNSKILLED LABORER. No previous road or bridge construction industry experience required, although experience in the traffic control industry or related industry is a plus. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and possess the following qualifications:
- Able to lift 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (8 hour +/-)
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8 hour +/-)
- Must be able to work nights/weekends as requested
- Must be able to travel out of town as needed (infrequently), provided ample notice (48 hours) is given
- Must have fine motor skills and dexterity
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
- Capable of following specific directions from supervisor
- Interest in improving industry knowledge
- Should exhibit good judgement in the field including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to the company policy at all times
-Eligibility for inclusion on the company covered driver's license list
- Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
- Able to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
- Cooperative team player attitude required

$17.71 per hour
After 60 days PTO and sick time as well as paid holidays and benefits.
