City Experiences is seeking a Food and Beverage Administrator for our City Cruises operation in San Diego.

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
The successful Food & Beverage Administrator oversees administration and documentation for the City Cruises food & beverage department. Provides operational leadership support to ensure consistently high levels of quality service. Primary focus on supporting department managers in all aspects of weekly F&B Admin and operational processes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily F&B tasks with management and support staff
- Coordinate, communicate and document food and beverage project work
- Coordinate and process all crew credential requirements
- Process all F&B invoices and maintain thorough documentation of all F&B related paperwork
- Administer and facilitate all food and beverage department-related administration and documentation tasks and activities
- Assist Director of Food & Beverage with development and implementation of food & beverage projects as needed
- Oversee all Food & Beverage uniform programs
- Help support city goals and strategic initiatives through other duties as assigned
- Attend applicable meetings as designated or necessary
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in a related field preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of progressive experience in the hospitality and/or food & beverage industry
- Minimum of one (1) year of food & beverage administration work experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong editorial acumen
- Experienced in developing, implementing and maintaining standard operating policies and procedures
- Must be computer literate and highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
