Job Summary:

Oversees the management of all areas of food and beverage operations and budget within the restaurant and banquet facilities. Ensures maximum quality food and service levels while maintaining a working relationship with all departments including kitchen, rooms, accounting, sales and administration.

· Ensures profitability of the Food & Beverage Department through effective management of payroll and overhead costs.

· Suggests and if needed implements new ways to manage and control costs.

· Observes daily condition of all food & beverage equipment, ensuring it is clean and operates properly.

· Performs monthly inventory

· Oversees staff scheduling, communicates effectively with employees and is a motivating influence on employees.

· Supervise and support cleaning, clearing and resetting of the dining room and banquet space as needed, and ensures serving stations are stocked.

· Ability to interact with guests about their needs in the restaurant and for catered events.

· Preforms other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Food & Beverage Management experience required

Inventory Management

Strong Leadership Skills, including ability to motivate staff

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
